Returns & Refunds Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, contact us at [seu e-mail] with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Personalised or made-to-order items (such as engraved keepsakes) cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to give an explanation.
